Aleksandra Radevska

President and member of the Management Board

Alexandra Radevska was born on November 25, 1979 in Skopje. By profession, she is a graduated economist in the field of accounting and auditing. In 2002, she obtained a higher education at the Faculty of Economics at the University "St. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje. After completing her undergraduate studies, in September 2010 she was certified as an auditor from the Institute of Certified Auditors of the Republic of North Macedonia. In June 2011, she completed her postgraduate studies, also at the Faculty of Economics at the University of "St. Cyril and Methodius" in Skopje and obtained the title of Master of Economic Sciences in the field of accounting and auditing.

Since 2013, she received a license to perform audit work as an authorized auditor from the Council for the Advancement and Supervision of Audit.

After completing the formal part of her education, in the period from March 2003 to June 2003, she worked as an audit assistant in the audit company "B i LJ Revizia" LLC Skopje. From October 2003 to December 2009, she worked in several different positions ranging from assistant to head of audit in the audit company "KPMG Macedonia" DOO Skopje.

She furthered her professional experience as audit manager at the Audit Company "Grant Thornton" DOO Skopje. She worked in this position from December 2009 to March 2012.

In the period from March 2012 to March 2019, she worked as the head of the Audit Department in "Orka Holding" AD Skopje.

Since March 2019, she has been the director of the Department of Finance and Accounting in "Orka Holding" AD Skopje.

Alexandra Radevska, in addition to her work engagement, has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Stopanska banka a.d. Bitola since April 2013, since September 2019 she is a member and chairman of the Audit Committee of the Bank.

Alexandra Radevska served as a member of the Supervisory Board of Stopanska banka a.d. Bitola in several mandates from April 2013 to June 2023.

Since June 2023, Alexandra Radevska is a member of the Management Board of Stopanska banka a.d. Bitola, and she is responsible for the following sectors: Risk Management Sector, Finance Sector, Sector for Controlling the Bank's Compliance with Regulations and Prevention of Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing, Sector for Investment and Property Management and Sector for Legal Affairs and solving problematic placements.

On November 9, 2023, by decision of the Supervisory Board no. 02-15514/1/I-9 Mrs. Aleksandra Radevska has been appointed as president and member of the Management Board.

Stefan Nikolic, M.Sc

In May 2026, Stefan Nikolic, M.Sc was appointed as a Member of the Management Board of Alta Bank AD Bitola, responsible for the Bank's operational activities.

Under his direct authority are the Bank’s overall operations, organized through strategic pillars such as domestic and international payment systems, card operations and sales channels, mobile and digital banking, credit and deposit administration, organization and development, information technology, investments, and Bank property.

He has built his professional career through key management positions within the banking sector, international companies, and financial institutions in Macedonia.

He graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” University in Skopje in 2006, where in 2011 he also obtained a Master’s degree in Economic Sciences in the field of Monetary Economics. He has further enhanced his professional expertise through specialized training in finance, corporate governance, risk management, and payment solutions across several European countries. Furthermore, he regularly shares his expertise as a guest lecturer at multiple higher education institutions in the country.

He is the recipient of the prestigious international award Business Elite’s “40 under 40” for the most successful manager in Southeast Europe for 2021.

His extensive professional portfolio includes more than 12 years of experience at Stopanska Banka AD Skopje, where he held positions such as Director of Risk Management and Operational Risk Manager, among others. His background also includes experience within the Ministry of Finance of the R.N. Macedonia, as well as through his service on the Management Board of various financial groups and companies.

Prior to joining ALTA Bank, Nikolic successfully led the leading fintech companies in the region as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Flex Group. Within this group, he served as a Board Member for several financial companies where, alongside strategic management, his focus was on process optimization, automation, digital payments, and financial technologies.

With his focus on innovation and digital transformation, Mr. Nikolic will contribute to strengthening corporate governance and adapting Alta Bank to modern market and regulatory challenges.
